Voice-over-IP (VoIP) Equipment

Motorola gives service providers the equipment needed to quickly add Voice-over-IP (VoIP) services for existing customers, or attract new customers with VoIP services, while using existing broadband routers and gateways.

Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA)

Based on the Netopia Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA), this distributed solution enables the use of VoIP services by existing telephones and fax machines at residences and small businesses anywhere there is an Ethernet port.

When connected to Motorola's broadband gateways and routers, the Netopia ATA can be remotely managed using DSL Forum TR-069, greatly simplifying widespread deployment. For knowledge workers, the small form factor of the ATA gives a new meaning to "local number portability," as voice services can be located anywhere the ATA is connected to the Internet.

Voice-over-IP delivery is simplified using Motorola's Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) for adding voice services using existing Ethernet connections.

Solutions are tailored to the needs of each carrier or service provider to harmonize with existing network infrastructure and meet service requirements.
