Netopia offers several options to provide you with the support you need, when you need it. To order any service contract, please call Netopia Customer Service representatives at (510) 597-5400, ext. 2 between 6AM and 5:30PM PST Monday through Friday. Be sure to have your TimbukTu serial number ready.

One day:
If you need help troubleshooting a particular problem and just need help on a single day, our one-day option may be best for you. Includes unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours over a 24-hour period. $29.

* If it is determined that the warranty issue is due to Netopia software and not configuration problems the $29 fee will be refunded.

One Year:
If you want to be sure the Netopia technical support team is available to you throughout the year, this may be the best option for you. It offers the best value as it includes unlimited toll-free telephone support during business hours over a 365- day period. $49.
