Adding an address to an address book in Timbuktu Pro.

Problem:

It is not possible to save an address to the address book.

Situation:

You want to save the address in the address book but the button bar shows the save button grayed out (and/or the "Save in Address book..." item in the Service menu is grayed out).

Solution:

To save an address, first open (or create) an address book. From the New Connection window, select the address you wish to save or if you have a current session open make sure the Address book is the foremost window. Then select the Save Address from the button bar (or the "Save in Address book..." item in the Service menu ).
